Registration

Due to limited venue capacity, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity has been reached, the online registration system will be closed. It is highly recommended to register prior to the event.

Deadlines and Fees

Registration fees include access to all scheduled activities and lunches.

Several early-registration deadlines are available, with fees depending on the date of payment.

Fees are the same for on-site and for online participation.

Registration

During registration, participants will be invited to indicate 6 courses they are particularly interested in attending. This selection is tentative and non-binding and will be used only to estimate demand and facilitate logistical planning.

Payment

Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal:

• Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided after submission of the registration form. Any bank charges must be covered by the participant.
• Credit card: Payments are processed via Stripe. A transaction fee of 15 EUR will apply.
• PayPal: A service fee of 25 EUR will apply.

Participants requiring a proforma invoice prior to payment may request one by sending the invoicing details to david@irdta.eu .

General registration policy:

• Registration is considered complete only after payment has been received.
• Due to limited venue capacity, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity has been reached, the online registration system will be closed.
• Participants requiring an invitation letter for visa purposes will receive it only after completing registration and payment.
• For security reasons, the registration form should be completed within 10 minutes.

General payment policy:

• The applicable registration fee is determined by the date on which the payment is executed.
• Payments will be acknowledged shortly after reception.
• Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event that the school is postponed or cancelled, registered participants will be offered one of the following options: transfer of registration to the rescheduled edition of the event, transfer of registration to the next edition in the series, or full refund of the registration fee.
